On the above date, at 02:32 am, Merrimack Police stopped a motorist on Daniel Webster Highway for a motor vehicle violation. Officers conducted an investigation and identified a passenger in the vehicle as the above Depalmer. It was learned that Depalmer had an arrest warrant out of the Hillsborough County Superior Court. He was taken into custody and found to be in possession of a controlled drug, methamphetamine. 

Once back to the station, a records check was completed on Depalmer which indicated he was a convicted felon and out on bail from the Merrimack District Court. The charge of Possession of a Deadly Weapon was added when Depalmer was found to be in possession of an illegal knife.     

Depalmer was subsequently processed on the charges and his bail was set at $1,000.00 Cash/Surety which he was able to post.  Depalmer is scheduled to appear before the Merrimack Circuit Court on January 12, 2017, to answer to the charges.

On 12-21-16 at approximately 2120 members of the Merrimack Police Department responded to a residence on Brookside Drive for a possible domestic disturbance in progress. Upon officers arrival an investigation was conducted and as a result of the investigation, Dale Colburn was placed under arrest for domestic violence. Colburn allegedly assaulted his fiancé during an argument at the residence.

Colburn was released on $3,000 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to appear before the 9th circuit court, Merrimack, on December 29, 2016 to answer to the above listed charges.

On December 20th 2016 at approximately 01:27 am, a member of the Merrimack Police Department was on routine patrol in the area of Greeley Street when he observed a male, identified as Richardson, and a female engaged in a verbal altercation. Officers on scene confirmed that it was a verbal altercation only and no assault took place. Richardson was taken into custody after a records check was completed and the officers found that Richardson had a warrant out of the NH Adult Parole Board for a parole violation. Richardson was taken into custody without incident and taken to Valley Street jail where he was held without bail.

Upon officers arrival an investigation was conducted and as a result of the investigation, Amber Dupont was placed under arrest for domestic related criminal mischief. Dupont allegedly kicked a door causing damage during an argument.

Dupont was released on $2,000 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to appear before the 9th circuit court, Merrimack, on January 5, 2016 to answer to the above listed charge.

On February 26, 2016 the Bedford Police Department arrested Buchanan for theft related crimes. During the course of their investigation, Bedford Detectives learned that Buchanan used stolen credit card information to purchase $4,112.37 worth of merchandise and gift cards from a store at the Merrimack Premium Outlet Mall. Merrimack Police Detectives continued the investigation and subsequently obtained a warrant for Buchanan’s arrest. During their investigation, Buchanan bailed herself out of the Hillsborough County Department of Corrections (where she was being held) and returned home to Brooklyn NY.

On December 14, 2016 the Merrimack Police Department learned that Buchanan had been arrested in New Jersey, had already been extradited back to New Hampshire, and was currently being held at the Hillsborough County Department of Corrections. Merrimack Officers responded to the HCDOC, took custody of Buchanan, and booked her at Merrimack Police Department. During this process, Buchanan refused the services of the Bail Commissioner and agreed to remain in custody until her arraignment on December 15, 2016 at 8:00 am. She was transported back to the HCDOC.

On December 14, 2016 at 01:56 am, a Merrimack Police Officer stopped a motor vehicle on Route 101A for a red light violation. 

The driver was identified as Nicole Rowan. Upon conducting a license check, the Officer discovered that Rowan’s driver license and motor vehicle registrations were suspended, and that she was required to provide proof of financial responsibility. The suspensions stem for a default of a court summons. Rowan was arrested without incident and transported to the Merrimack Police Department where she was charged accordingly. She was released on $1,500 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to be arraigned in the 9th Circuit District Court of Merrimack on January 19, 2016 at 8:00 am.

On January 6, 2017, at approximately 12:43 am police stopped a 2015 Toyota Rav4 on Daniel Webster Highway in the area of Wire Road for a motor vehicle infraction. 

The officer spoke with the operator, who was identified as Kelly Gilligan, stated that she was driving on a suspended driver’s license.  The officer confirmed that Gilligan’s driver’s license, as well as her financial responsibility were suspended by the State of New Hampshire.

As a result, Gilligan was placed under arrest for Operating after Suspension, as well operating without proof of financial responsibility. Gilligan was brought to the Merrimack Police Department for processing. Gilligan was placed on $1,500.00 personal recognizance bail and scheduled to appear before the 9th Circuit District Court of Merrimack on February 9, 2017 to answer to the charges.

On January 5th, 2017, the Merrimack Police Department arrested Adam Dasilva and charged him with disobeying a police officer.
 
On December 24th 2016 at approximately 3:30 a.m., an officer with the Merrimack Police Department noticed an OHRV pass by him on Daniel Webster Highway traveling at high rate of speed. The officer attempted to stop the OHRV on Daniel Webster Hwy by the Post Office; however the driver refused to stop. 

The OHRV then drove down Wire Road then onto Mcgaw Bridge, continuing to Front Street, still refusing to stop. The OHRV continued to the dead end of Front Street cutting through the yards in the area. The officer then lost sight of the OHRV.

During an investigation it was found that Adam DaSilva was the operator of the OHRV. A warrant was completed for DaSilva and on January 5, 2017 he turned himself in at the Merrimack Police Department.  

DaSilva was placed on $1,000 personal recognizance. He will be arraigned before the 9th Circuit Court on February 9th, 2017, to answer to the charges.

On January 4, 2017, the Merrimack Police Department arrested Tobias Demitrius and charged him with disobeying a police officer, possession and transportation of a controlled drug, failure to display plates, defective equipment and breach of bail.
 
On the above date at approximately 10:00 p.m., an officer with the Merrimack Police Department noticed a motor vehicle pass by him on Continental Blvd displaying no license plates. The officer attempted to stop the vehicle on Camp Sargent Rd near Thornton’s Ferry School, however the driver refused to stop. 

The vehicle then drove down Ingham Road on to Cambridge Drive, still refusing to stop. The vehicle was eventually stopped near 21 Continental Blvd where the driver was identified as Tobias Demitrius and he was immediately arrested. 

While the vehicle was being inventoried, a certain quantity of marijuana was found. It was further learned that Demitrius was out on bail from a previous arrest dated 12/24/16, where upon his release he was ordered to not commit any federal, state or local crimes.

Demitrius refused the service of a bail commissioner and was transported to Valley Street Jail. He will be arraigned before the 9th Circuit Court on January 4, 2017, to answer to the charges.

On Monday January 2nd, 2017, Merrimack Police responded to the area of the Holiday Inn in regards to a 911 call from a female subject reporting a domestic disturbance in progress. Upon arrival, Officers spoke with the female victim and after a brief investigation determined the victim had been in an argument with Scott Martell. While the argument was ongoing, Scott Martell assaulted the victim, and also damaged property belonging to her. Martell was arrested and brought back to the station. Once back to the station it was learned that Martell was on bail out of the 9th Circuit Court, Merrimack Division, with the arrest violating the conditions of his bail. Martell was placed on $2,500 Cash only bail. He is ordered to appear in the 9th Circuit Court on January 3rd 2017, Merrimack Division to answer to the charges of Simple Assault (Domestic) Criminal Mischief and Breach of Bail.

The officer checked the driver, Stephen York’s motor vehicle history and found that his Maine driver’s license was suspended after being convicted of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol on July 31, 2014. 

As a result York was placed under arrest for Operating After Suspension. York was brought to the Merrimack Police Department for processing. York was placed on $2,500.00 Personal Recognizance Bail and scheduled to be arraigned at 8:00 am on February 2, 2017 in the 9th Circuit District Court of Merrimack.

On January 1, 2017 at 00:45 am, Officers from the Merrimack Police Department and personnel from the Merrimack Fire Department responded to the area of 229 Baboosic Lake Rd in regard to a report of a pedestrian that was struck by a motor vehicle. Upon arrival, Officers identified the operator of the motor vehicle as Emily Jones. She had a passenger who was identified Kyle Colburn. During the course of the investigation, Officers developed probable cause to believe that there was marijuana inside the involved motor vehicle. The motor vehicle was towed back to the Merrimack Police Department where it was secured pending a search warrant. Officers requested and were granted a search warrant later that same day. Upon executing the search, Officers located marijuana and paraphernalia in areas of the motor vehicle which led Officers to believe that Jones and Colburn were each in possession of Marijuana leading up to the crash.

Jones and Colburn cooperated with Police and turned themselves at the Merrimack Police Department on January 12, 2017 once arrest warrants were granted for them. They were charged accordingly and released on personal recognizance bails. They are both scheduled to be arraigned on February 9, 2017 at 8:00 am in the 9th Circuit District Court of Merrimack.

On January 11, 2017 at 4:58 PM Merrimack Police responded to the State Liquor Store located at 6 Dobson Way, Merrimack for a report of two male subjects attempting to purchase alcohol with possibly stolen credit cards. The liquor store was alerted by another store that had been victimized earlier today. Information was also given that they may be traveling in a Gray 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe with New York registration.

When the first officer arrived a Gray Hyundai Santa Fe left the area quickly. One male subject was still inside the store. Officers check the area for the Hyundai without any success, another officer went inside the store where they met with a male subject, later identified as;

Juan F. Gutierrez
23 Years of Age
Bronx, NY

when officers asked Gutierrez for identification he gave the officer a Pennsylvania driver’s license which had Gutierrez’s photo. When officers did a license check using the driver’s license number, the name and address of another person other than Gutierrez came back. Gutierrez also had several Visa Debit / gift cards in his possession at the time and was attempting to purchase over $400.00 of alcohol. As the officer was attempting to arrest and handcuff Gutierrez he resisted by pulling away.

Gutierrez was transported to the Merrimack Police Department where he was processed on the charges. He was later held at Hillsborough County House of Corrections, Valley Street Jail on $10,000.00 Cash bail.


As officers were taking this complaint they received a call from a victim in Brookline NH who stated he was notified by his credit card company of a fraudulent purchase that had just taken place at the Merrimack Liquor Store using his credit card information. Upon checking the store records and surveillance video it showed another male subject who was with Gutierrez had just used the card for a purchase and left the store prior to the officers arrival.

On January 12, 2017 at 2:47 am the Merrimack Police Department responded to a local residence for the report of a domestic disturbance. Upon arrival police spoke with all involved parties.

During the investigation it was learned that the above Ronald Alberts had strangled another household/family member, which impeded their breathing. Upon learning this information Mr. Alberts was placed under arrest for Second Degree Assault-Domestic related. Mr. Alberts was transported to the Merrimack Police Department where he was charged accordingly.

Mr. Alberts was held on $500 cash and $2,000 PR bail. He was transported to the Hillsborough County House of Corrections. He will appear before the 9th Circuit Court in Merrimack on January 12, 2017 to answer to these charges.

On January 10, 2017, the Merrimack Police Department arrested Thomas Cataldi and charged him with criminal mischief, a misdemeanor level offense.

On the above date at 1:37 a.m., Merrimack Police responded to the area of Indian Rock Rd for a reported disturbance.  Upon the officers’ arrival, they made contact with the above Thomas Cataldi.

After conducting an investigation into the disturbance complaint, it was learned that Cataldi had been involved in an argument with another subject within a residence.  During this argument, a struggle ensued and property belonging to the reporting party was damaged.  Cataldi was then taken into custody.

Cataldi was processed on the charge and released on $1,500.00 personal recognizance bail.  Cataldi is scheduled to appear before the Merrimack Circuit Court on January 12, 2017, to answer to the charge.

On January 7th 2016, at approximately 3:50 pm, officers of the Merrimack Police Department responded to a local residence for the report of a disturbance. Upon the officer’s arrival, they met with the above Tearyn Vargas and the complainant. After a brief investigation the officers determined that Vargas assaulted a family member. 

Vargas was transported to the hospital for evaluation and then to the Merrimack Police Department where she was booked and charged accordingly. She was released on $1,500 P/R bail and ordered to appear in the 9th Circuit Court, Merrimack Division on January 12th 2017 to answer to the charge.

Once back to the Police Station it was learned through a records check that Bruno had been previously convicted of OUIL in 2016 out of the Merrimack District Court.     On March 10, 2017 at 3:31pm, Tyler Bott was arrested on a warrant for one count of theft by unauthorized taking. The warrant stems from a complaint on February 2nd, 2017, when officers responded to the Shaw’s supermarket on Daniel Webster Highway for a theft call. The complainant told officers that a man was in line at the register waiting to purchase soup, and when the cashier opened the register the man reached across and grabbed a handful of cash ($140) and ran out of the store. After further investigation, Tyler Bott, was identified as the suspect, and a warrant/affidavit was drafted for his arrest.  

Mr. Bott was bailed and released on $1,500 personal recognizance, and is scheduled for arraignment at the 9th circuit district court in Merrimack on March 13th, 2017.

On March 10, 2017, the Merrimack Police Department arrested a New Hampshire man on a local warrant stemming from a complaint made back on February 22, 2017.  

On February 22, 2017, the Merrimack Police Department received a complaint of a male yelling obscenities in front of a residence on Wire Rd.  Upon further investigation, officers learned that the male, identified as Paul Repp, was shouting obscenities directed towards another resident and their family.  A warrant was subsequently issued for Disorderly Conduct.  

Repp was released on $1,000.00 personal recognizance pending arraignment on April 13, 2017 in the 9th Circuit Court-Merrimack.

On March 8, 2017 at 11:36 a.m., Merrimack Police arrested the above, Shana Reid at her residence on an active warrant for Willful Concealment.  

The warrant stemmed from an investigation that started on February 2, 2017 when police were called to Shaw’s on Continental Boulevard for the report of a “shoplifter”.  On police arrival they spoke with Miss Reid who was a suspect in the crime.  With the evidence gathered from that day a warrant was sought and signed for her arrest for one count of Willful Concealment.

Miss Reid was processed at the police station and later released on $1,500 personal recognizance bail. She was ordered to appear in the 9th Circuit Court in Merrimack on April 13, 2017 to answer to the charge.

On February 25, 2017 a New Hampshire man was arrested by the Merrimack Police Department and charged with operating after suspension 2nd offense. At approximately 8:58 am, Merrimack Police received several complaints about a motor vehicle that was operating erratically on Continental Boulevard. The vehicle involved was subsequently located and stopped where contact was made with the operator who was identified by a New Hampshire Non Drivers Identification card as Derek S. Groves. Upon further investigation by the officer, it was discovered that Groves operating privileges had been suspended by the Director of Motor Vehicles on January 14, 2010 for reciprocity. It was also learned that Groves had been previously convicted for operating after suspension on February 12, 2013. Groves was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to appear before the Merrimack 9th Circuit Court on March 30, 2017 to answer to the charge.

On February 21, 2017 at about 00:05 am, a Merrimack Police Officer on routine patrol came across a motor vehicle pulled over on the side of DW Highway, with a male asleep behind the wheel. When the Officer stopped to check his welfare, the operator was identified as Robert Kramer. While speaking with Kramer, the Officer noticed signs of impairment. At the conclusion of the investigation, Kramer was arrested for operating his motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor and/or drugs. Kramer was transported to the Merrimack Police Department where he was booked accordingly. During this time, it was discovered that Kramer had been arrested on February 12, 2017 and was out on bail conditions that required he not violate any laws. His OUIL-DWI arrest violated those conditions and he was charged accordingly. He was released on $5,000 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to be arraigned on March 9, 2017 at 8:00 am in the 9th Circuit District Court of Merrimack.

On February 24, 2017 at 9:05 pm Merrimack Police stopped a 2007 Chevy Malibu after it came out of the Gulf Station on Continental Boulevard and was driving on the wrong side of the road.

When the officer spoke to the above driver, Shannon Winslow it was found that her license to drive in the state of New Hampshire has been suspended by the Department of Motor Vehicles for failing to pay a fine.  It was also learned that Miss Winslow was driving without proving that she has insurance on her vehicle.

Miss Winslow was arrested and brought to the police station where she was charged with Operating After Suspension and Operating a M/V Without Proof of Financial Responsibility. She was later released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail and ordered to appaer in the 9th Circuit Court in Merrimack on March 30, 2017 to answer to the charges.

Upon officers arrival they conducted an investigation into the incident. During the investigation it was learned that Ms. Calvino caused damage to the residence.

Upon learning this information, Ms. Calvino was placed under arrest for Criminal Mischief-Domestic Related. Ms. Calvino was transported to the Merrimack Police Department where she was charged accordingly.

Ms. Calvino was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail. She will appear before the 9th Circuit Court in Merrimack on February 23, 2017 to answer to these charges.

On March 1, 2017, a New Hampshire woman was arrested by the Merrimack Police after a warrant was issued for Unsworn Falsification.  On January 6, 2017, Merrimack Police received information that Kelli McFarland attempted to purchase a firearm at a local gun dealer.  McFarland provided false information on the application for said firearm.  Upon further investigation by the officer, McFarland confirmed she gave false information on the application, specifically she indicated she had never been convicted of a felony, when in fact she had.  A warrant was subsequently issued for the charge of Unsworn Falsification.  McFarland was released on $2,500 Personal Recognizance bail and is scheduled to appear before the Merrimack 9th Circuit Court on March 30, 2017 to answer the charge.

On February 12, 2017 at about 2:10 am, a Merrimack Police Officer came across a male asleep behind the wheel while parked at the gas pumps at a local gas station. When the Officer stopped to check his welfare, the operator was identified as Robert Kramer. While speaking with Kramer, the Officer noticed a doubled edge knife on the floor board under the driver’s seat. Kramer became argumentative and resisted the Officer’s requests and orders, to step out of the motor vehicle and away from the knife. He was subsequently placed under arrest for resisting detention. Prior to his motor vehicle being towed, Officer’s inventoried the contents and located a quantity of Methamphetamine. Kramer was transported to the Merrimack Police Department where he was charged accordingly. He was released on $7,500 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to be arraigned on April 21, 2017 at 8:00 am in the 9th Circuit District Court of Merrimack.

At approximately 1:38 pm. A member of the Merrimack Police Department observed a minor motor vehicle infraction on DW Highway. The officer subsequently stopped the motor vehicle and made contact with the operator who was identified by a Florida driver license as being Matthew P. Brissett. Upon further investigation by the officer, it was learned that Brissett’s operating privileges were suspended out of Florida for failing to pay a traffic fine. Brissett was subsequently placed under arrest and charged with operating after suspension, prohibitions and prohibited use of an electronic device. Brissett was released on $2,500 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to appear before the Merrimack 9th Circuit Court on March 23, 2017 to answer to the charges.

Merrimack Police have arrested, and charged a Nashua man with one count of Theft of a Firearm. The arrest is a result of an incident where Jacob Oldro was visiting a residence in Merrimack, in which the homeowners were away. Investigators believe Oldro, who had asked to use an upstairs bathroom, instead made his way into a bedroom where he stole a loaded Glock 9mm pistol. 

Merrimack Police conducted interviews of other individuals who were at the Merrimack home, which led them to Oldro. Because of the diligent work by Criminal Investigators, the stolen firearm was recovered.

Jacob Oldro is being held on $10,000 cash bail on the class (A) felony theft charge and is due back in the 9th Circuit Court at Merrimack on Wednesday February 15th 2017, at 8:30AM.

On February 8, 2017, at 2:40 p.m., Merrimack Police, Fire and EMS responded to the intersection of Daniel Webster Highway and Brunswick Rd (Society Hill), for a reported motor vehicle accident involving a school bus and unknown injury.

Upon the police officers’ arrival, all involved parties were identified and questioned about the accident.  During this time, it was learned that the above Briand was driving northbound on DW Hwy when his vehicle suddenly collided with the rear of a Merrimack School District bus that had stopped to unload students.  Two of those students were transported to an area hospital with non-life threatening injuries.  No other injuries were reported.

On Saturday February 04, 2017 at approximately 1435hrs, Merrimack Police responded to the Webster Green Condominium Complex for a domestic disturbance.  On the officer’s arrival, they were met by a resident who indicated his girlfriend was inside their residence, and had assaulted him.  The responding officers attempted to make contact with the above Jodi Ecklund, however she indicated to them she would not come out of the residence and had access to firearms inside the residence with her.  Ecklund had also indicated she would harm the officers with the firearms if they attempted to enter the residence.  

On the arrival of other members of the Merrimack Police Department, they were able to evacuate the building which Ecklund was located.  The Merrimack Police Department’s Containment Team was activated to secure the scene.  Several attempts to contact Ecklund were unsuccessful.  Officers were able to determine Ecklund had begun to barricade herself within the apartment.

With the assistance of the New Hampshire State Police, communication was eventually made with Ecklund.  During this time, Ecklund had destroyed numerous items located within the residence which belonged to the victim.  After several hours, members of the Containment Team were able to take Ecklund into custody. 

Ecklund was transported to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries.  She was later processed at the Merrimack Police Department and held on $25,000 cash bail.  She is scheduled for an additional bail hearing on Tuesday February 07, 2017 at 0830 hrs in the 9th Circuit Court, District Division, Merrimack.

When the officer stopped the vehicle and spoke to the driver, who was identified as the above Theresa Beaulieu, she did show signs of alcohol impairment.  After a brief investigation she was placed under arrest for O.U.I.L.

Once at the police station she was charged with O.U.I.L and placed on $1,500 personal recognizance bail. Mrs. Beaulieu was ordered to appear in the 9th Circuit Court in Merrimack on February 9, 2017 to answer to the charge.

The warrant stemmed from an investigation from the night before where someone reported that their vehicle tire had been “slashed”.  After an investigation conducted by the patrol division Mr. Gwinn was found to be a suspect.

A warrant was drafted and later signed for the arrest of Mr. Gwinn for the damage he caused to the tire.

He was charged with one count of Criminal Mischief and released on $1,500 personal recognizance bail.  Mr. Gwinn was ordered to appear in the 9th Circuit Court in Merrimack on January 31, 2017 to answer to the charge.

On November 28, 2017 at approximately 10:34 am, Officers from the Merrimack Police Department responded to a local residence in regard to a past tense domestic. Officers met with a female who advised that she was just assaulted by Andrew Darling. She went on to describe a series of assaults, as well as threatening and reckless behavior which was inflicted upon her. When Officers attempted to follow up with Andrew to question him about the allegations, he did not cooperate with Police, and instead chose to leave town and go to Manchester. The Manchester Police Department was notified and Andrew was located a short time later. He was arrested without incident and later transported back to the Merrimack Police Department where he was charged accordingly. Andrew’s bail was set at $50,000 cash bail based upon the severity of the charges. He was unable to raise bail and was subsequently transported to the Hillsborough County Department of Corrections where he will be held until his arraignment on Monday January 30, 2016 at 8:00 am in the 9th Circuit District Court of Merrimack.

The warrant stemmed from investigation that started on August 25, 2016 when a residence called and reported that their mailbox had been struck by a motor vehicle that failed to stop and report the crash.  Witnesses were able to provide a license plate number that lead to Mr. White as a suspect.

He was charged with Conduct After an Accident as well as License Required due to the fact he did not have a valid license.  He was later released on $2,500 personal recognizance bail and ordered to appear in the 9th Circuit court in Merrimack on March 2, 2017 to answer to the charges.

MERRIMACK, NH: On January 21, 2017 Merrimack Police arrested Rafael Rodriguez at Valley Street Jail on a warrant issued out of the Merrimack Police Department for Theft by Unauthorized Taking.

The arrest stems from a theft investigation of a bottle of liquor reported to the Merrimack Police Department on September 15, 2016 by the New Hampshire Liquor Store. During the investigation video footage was obtained and as a result an arrest warrant was issued on Rafael Rodriguez for the theft.
He was arrested and transported to the Merrimack Police Department for processing. Rodriguez was released on $1,500.00 p/r bail pending his arraignment before the 9th Circuit Court in Merrimack on February 23,2017.

On February 19, 2017 at 8:08 am Merrimack Police were running stationary radar on Baboosic Lake Road in the posted 20 MPH school zone.  At this time the Officer observed a motor vehicle travelling 28 MPH while inside the school zone.  When the officer stopped the vehicle on O’Gara Drive, they spoke to the above driver, Justin Bailey.

When the officer did a record check on Mr. Bailey’s license, it found that he was currently under suspension.  It was also learned that he had been previously convicted of Operating After Suspension in New Hampshire.

Mr. Bailey was arrested at the scene and brought to the Merrimack Police Department.  He was charged with Operating After Suspension 2nd Offense and later released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail.  Mr. Bailey was ordered to appear in the 9th Circuit Court in Merrimack on February 23, 2017 to answer to the charge.

On January 18, 2017 at 6:09 pm the Merrimack Police Department responded to a local residence for the report of a subject who had forced entry into a home.

During the investigation it was learned that Henry had been previously evicted from a home by the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office. After being evicted from the home, Henry returned to it and gained entry through force. While doing so, he caused damage to the residence.

Upon learning this information, Mr. Henry was placed under arrest for Criminal Mischief and Criminal Trespass. Mr. Henry was transported to the Merrimack Police Department where he was charged accordingly.

Mr. Henry was released on $2,000 personal recognizance bail. He will appear before the 9th Circuit Court in Merrimack on February 23, 2017 to answer to these charges.

On January 17, 2017 a New Hampshire woman was arrested by the Merrimack Police Department after a warrant was issued for two counts of domestic related simple assault.  On January 11, 2017 at approximately 12:41 pm. Members of the Merrimack Police Department responded to a local residence for the report of a domestic disturbance. Upon further investigation by the officer’s, it was determined that the two house hold members had been in an argument and that Christa Trout had slapped and spit on the other member. A warrant was subsequently issued for the arrest of Christa Trout for two counts of domestic related simple assault.  Trout was released on $2,000 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to appear before the Merrimack 9th Circuit Court on January 19, 2017 to answer to the charges.

On January 14th 2017 the above Karissa Lander surrendered herself to the Merrimack Police Department on a Warrant for Forgery and Theft by Unauthorized Taking.

The Warrant stemmed from an investigation that started on December 2nd 2016 in which the Merrimack Police Department received a complaint about a check that was signed and cashed by Lander which did not belong to her. After the investigation was complete, a warrant was issued for Lander’s arrest.

Lander was released on $5,000 P/R bail and ordered to appear in the 9th Circuit Court, Merrimack Division on February 9th 2017 at 8:00 AM
