Herman Henry FOX, a Texas 10 Most Wanted Fugitive, was taken into custody on December 11, 2017, in Murray, Kentucky. He was added to the Texas 10 Most Wanted list on September 11, 2017. FOX is from the Baton Rouge, Louisiana, area and has a history of arrests for Assault, Robbery, Dangerous Drugs, and Weapons Offenses. In August 2016, after FOX was arrested for Possession of Marijuana near a hotel in College Station, Texas (Brazos County), authorities suspected he was engaging in human trafficking by forcing a woman into prostitution. FOX was held in the Brazos County Jail and later bonded out. On July 21, 2017, after failing to appear for court hearings, warrants for FOX’s arrest were issued by the 272nd District Court in Brazos County for Trafficking of Persons and Compelling Prostitution by Force/Threat. The arrest was not the result of tip information received through Texas Crime Stoppers, so no reward will be paid.
