Four People Arrested by Morgantown Police After They Were Caught Using Drugs While a 3-Year-Old was Present


Four people have been arrested by officers with the Morgantown Police Department after they allegedly used drugs while a 3-year-old infant was present in their car.

According to police, an officer was patrolling in the Sabraton Area at about 6:00 on Thursday evening when they saw a suspicious vehicle that was occupied and parked at the Park and Ride along Route 7.

When they moved towards the car, they found Kerstyn Miller, 18, of Fairmont, Tyler Livengood, 26, of Westover, Aylisa Whitener, 31, of Morgantown, Brain Judy, 24, also of Morgantown, and a child in a car seat inside the vehicle, officers said. Officers also added that the four adults appeared to be using controlled substances.

After searching the vehicle and its occupants, police discovered cocaine, heroin, and other drug paraphernalia, according to officers.

Miller is charged with child endangerment, while Livengood, Whitener, and Judy are all charged with possession of a controlled substance, as well as child endangerment.

The child is now in the care and custody of Child Protective Services, according to officers.
